Printable TCS is blank for Comp admin users but NOT Always

Not sure if this is cloud bug, I am noticing a strange behaviour with generated TCS.

Hi Experts,

I would like to discuss about printable total compensation statement. Once I am in the page of generated total compensation statement, I can view printable statement by clicking the following button.

The expected behaviour is to open up a new tab with PDF format TCS.

Not sure if this is cloud bug. In some good days, the printable statement come up accordingly and every information presents well. While in some bad days, the printable statement just came up blank. I don't think this is an configuration error because otherwise it will always appear blank. ( I could be wrong feel free to share more insights)
