PO cancellation is not releasing the committed cost in to projects

An Approved PO raised against a project has been cancelled and post cancellation client is expecting the amount to be released from project budget.

but even after running update project commitments program, amount is not changing in projects. Is there any program need to be run to reflect the changes in the project module
