Transaction (Invoice) is not applied on AR Receipt created through VBCS

Summary: We are trying to create AR Receipts through VBCS, but unable to apply AR transaction (Invoice).

REST link: /fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/standardReceipts

Receipt is created successfully, but transaction is not applied to it.

VBCS template is attached for reference
