Summary:

Hi Team,

One of the User "Merlin" is not able to View All the BPM Notifications since she is not Superuser and does not have Admin Roles.

Based on the Answer mentioned in Cloud Community We created a Custom Role Named "BPM Workflow System Admin Role_Custom1" In Test instance and assigned to User "Merlin". But that is not working.

We created Custom Role "BPM Workflow System Admin Role_Custom1" by adding Standard Role "BPM Workflow System Admin Role"

Here User Wants to See All Past Notifications which were incomplete/Complete related to her Business unit.

Please Review the attached screenshot and let me know which Role / what steps required to grant access of All the BPM Notifications to User "Merlin"
