Can we call the Pricelist webservice to get the Item Price while Creating a Requisition

Summary:

Can we call the Pricelist(defined in Pricing module) webservice to get the Item Price while Creating a Requisition.

We have a requirement to get the Item price dynamically while creating a requisition. we do not want to use BPA or Item List price.

what are all the option available in this case? Please suggest.
