Summary:

Received the error message when trying update a certification on the Talent Profile. When I try and review the Talent Profile, I get a blank screen. I've tried to view the talent profile through both person management Talent Profile as well as through the global search Skills and Qualifications. I've only received the below error message once prior to it being a blank screen and I cannot recreate the below error.

Employee did have a draft transaction in the Transaction Console, but we've since delete that with no improvements.
