Cost centres report in OTBI

Summary:

Hi,

I am wondering if anyone has a way of reporting on cost centres along with HR employee data in the same report. So far i have seen that Payroll costing setup does achieve this partially but its impossible to join other subject areas and the output to remain valuable.

In BIP this is achieved in pay cost allocations tables which i have used as alternative.

i am hoping such a crucial and common request must be able to be achieved in OTBI.
