Hello All,

One of our key flex field value (Business Activity), we have one of the value as child but no transaction been done on this. Based on the requirement we have uploaded the new hierarchy where the child value made it as Parent. 

After the above we are unable to run the program "Transfer General Ledger Balances to Balances Cubes" getting the below issue

Request to refresh the balances to the cube failed. Data is not loaded because of missing segment members in the cube. Please run On Demand Publish Program and re-run the Refresh Balances Program.

 The list of missing segment members is as follows:
