I cannot reset my tenant administrator password

I have instructed support chat to post here.

I am tenant administrator. I forgot my tenant password.

I would like to reset my IDCS password, but I haven't received any reset email.

I asked chat and he instructed me to post here for supporting engineer.

He saids Oracle support engineer will contant me to solve this problem.
