Can someone please Confirm How to Set Project Access to default to YES for all delegations.

REQUIRED RESOLUTION: Set Project Access to default to YES for all delegations.  

ISSUE: When expense report is submitted by a delegate, the project information selected is removed after submission of expense report, therefore the Approval Workflow is unable to identify the approver.

CAUSE: The creation of delegation from ME > Expenses > Settings > Manage Delegates page is not showing the options for “Project Access”. Therefore, the delegate does not inherit the project access of the main user. Take note that the default setting is “unchecked” for “Project Access”.
