Hi Team,

We have an issue where when a new response is sent from an SR, the mail chain that is being created is having repeating past conversations. Our client has requested for the removal of these past conversations. Please let us know how to remove these past conversations, so they will not appear multiple times. Find the attached screenshot for reference.
