Succeeding Mileage Expense Item Creation has Project and Task Number default values

Summary: Can help confirm if this is an expected behavior for succeeding Mileage Expense Item Forms wherein the Project and Task Numbers are getting default values from the last saved mileage expense.

Background is, we are experiencing an error upon saving succeeding mileage expense items since Expenditure Organization is dependent on the entered Project Number. As the succeeding mileage form has a default project#, user is not re-entering if the same project will be used, the Expenditure Organization's value is not refreshed at all (remains blank) w/c is causing the error. Note that Expenditure Organization is already hidden from the form.
