Is the functionality of showing only Primary Name on a certain Geography value available in HCM?

Summary: There is a some functionality in Non-CX Oracle Fusion applications to show only primary name of a geography value in 23C.

This is controlled through the profile option HZ_DISABLE_ALT_NAMES. Is this functionality available for Oracle HCM Cloud?

Non-CX Oracle Fusion application provides a profile option (HZ_DISABLE_ALT_NAMES) to NOT show the alternate name for a geography value on Address objects. This was introduced in 23C.
