Hello! I had it shut down due to a DDos attack but I can't call to check or make adjustments. I receive a message to contact support. I'm already blocking ports 80 and 443 to perform analysis after the server is reconnected. What additional procedure should I do for the server to be released? Following message received:
"Instance ocid1.instance.oc1.sa-vinhedo-1...... is disabled and will not accept any action requests. Please contact customer support to reenable."
