Per diem spreadsheet mapping to ESS job arguments

I would like to know how the per diem spreadsheet CONUS and OCONUS are mapped to the ESS job FinExmUploadConusFileJobDef arguments.

I am not able to drill down to see any type of mapping.

I am using the following ESS job information.

Name: *FinExmUploadConusFileJobDef

Display Name: Upload CONUS and OCONUS Rates

Path: /oracle/apps/ess/financials/expenses/shared/scheduler/
