Compensation Payout based on Individual performance

Summary:

We are trying to calculate the Bonus Payout based on Individual performance, Profit and Cash?

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We want to calculate the bonus payout of the workforce compensation plan.

The logic behind is:

Payout = Annual Salary x (worked days / potential working days) x max bonus opportunity x target achievement*

*Target achievement = Σ (target Performance weight x target Performance achievement + target Profit weight x target Profit achievement + target Cash weight x target Cash achievement)

First we thought basing the calculation in dynamic columns (image below), which didn't give us the desired result. However seems it's not the best solution.

Howdy, Stranger!
