Original coverage start dates issue via HDL

Original coverage start dates passed on the HDL is getting overridden to the Conversion date.

We are trying to run conversion for our client and we have some plan enrollments for whom we need to populate original coverage start dates prior to the conversion date.

Example-

Conversion date- 10/1/23

Emp1- Plan1 enrollment data

we are passing original coverage start dates as 1/1/2009, so that once the HDL is loaded for participant enrollment , this original start dates are populated in oracle as of 1/1/2009 for this plan.

But as if now when we load the HDL with this above data, its still adding the original coverage dates as of 10/1/23(conversion date).
