Need to default a value based on what line manager chooses during the cycle

Summary:

Hi Everyone,

Bases on the Proposed Job value what line manager chooses during the cycle(as soon as we start the comp cycle and make it available for the managers), I need to default a value using Dynamic column. Is it possible.

If he chooses - "Senior Associate - Recruitment" then we have certain percentage to default. Similarly, we have other jobs to default the value(nearly 70 jobs)
