Draft water mark is missing in the draft file

Hi Team,

Draft watermark is missing in the draft file. I have used the RTF template in the report level. I have tested it by using the sample xml in the template level all working fine but getting issue at the document records level.

Note: I have used the image file as wrap text in the RTF file. with out removing it is getting the Draft watermark. Kindly share me if is there any workaround to achieve the functionality.

Navigation : Me > Document Records > select the document and provide the required information then will submit it.
