Not able to view the prospective vendors approval flow

Hi,

We are unable to see the approvers of the Prospective Suppliers for some of the suppliers for which prospective supplier registration is completed.

When we click on submit button it show No data to display or refreshes the page but in some cases when we click on submit button it show the data like displayed in 2nd screenshot with green boxes.
