This is with respect to a requirement where when recruiter or hiring manager submit the requsition and approver initiates request for information action before approving it, there is an option of selecting the name of respondent from whom the information is requested.

Currently the name search shows all employees that exists in system and is not restricted. Business wants to restrict the list of those respondents. It should not show all employees.
