Service Request Audit History Reporting


Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone had a report or knew of a way to report on the audit history of Service Requests.

We've been asked to build a report based on SLA's for when SR's move from one queue to another, are opened, closed, etc

Happy to be built within SQL or OTBI if its at all possible or any knows of a way for it to be done.
