23D- How does changing access type configuration for Microsoft 365 effect current interviews?

In the 23D release, the Access Type Config. for Microsoft 365 Intergration for Interview Management item, it mentions that it will have an effect on current interviews. Is there any documentation on what that may be? How are they effected? And what may need to be done for existing interviews?
