Alignment changes while Forwarding or Printing a notification Mail

From Purchase Order Email Body Template we added Headings with underline, it Gives correct when triggered from the BI publisher, Once we print or Forward the same email notification alignments , Line space, Font Styles getting changed and Underline is Missing for headings.
