Pending worker cannot view data on e-signature forms

Summary:

We have created e-sign rtf templates as a part of their pre-boarding journey which pulls in basic details of the pending worker. The data model assigned to this rtf is created with simple SQL to pull in details like name, address, Business Unit, Salary etc. The default pending worker's role does not have access to view this data when the task is assigned to them. We have tried providing them complete access to the reports but it still does not work. After adding a couple of admin roles it worked but cant get the exact privilege that's giving them the
