GL Allocation Properties table

Hi,

I would like to query description and comments filed from the backend for all allocation rules. I didn't find the comments column in the gl_alloc_rules table. I am able to find a description column but it's always null even if I capture the value in the front end. Do i need to run any job to reflect the description in the backend?
