Summary:

I have been trying out the Free-Tier and tested out several different setups. However now I cannot create a new instance as the creation wizard keeps saying that I have to pay for the Boot volume, thus switch to a paid account. I have double checked Limits, Qoutas and Usage and currently only using 1/4th. of the resources available. I have also checked that there is no unattached volumes (boot and block) that takes me over the 200G limit.
