"CHANGE IN GLOBAL MODEL BEHAVIOR

You can now use data security to prevent administrators from taking action on people outside of their data security profile. Previously, this was not possible. To achieve this we've enhanced the Manage Workforce Compensation Global Models functional privilege to use the data security privilege Allocate Compensation Person Rate by Compensation Manager that is inherited by the Workforce Compensation Act as Proxy role. When using Global Models, people will only see the same managers they see when acting as proxy. Allows for more secure use of Global Models."
