How to capture proper source Details

Summary:

Currently, There are below 2 type source available in Recruiting -

  1. Source displayed in candidate profile
  2. Source displayed in job application for candidate.

Whenever candidates are created manually via Candidate search page then whatever source selected there will appear in candidate profile but when adding same candidate to requisition and candidate become Applications source details are changing.

So as per client requirement we want to show actual source details of candidate in Report rather than showing two things in system.
