Cash Management Not Accounted for

Summary: A manual Cash Management transaction has been created but the 'Account for Transaction' was unticked so no accounting entries were created. How do we now account for this transaction?

Below are details from the transactions. We have tried running the create accounting and there doesn't seem a way to get this transaction picked up. We also don't seem to be able to edit the transactions to Change the Account for Transaction option.
