Is there a way to pull service accounts into user admin reports?

Summary:

Currently our existing user lists only pulls users who are employees in the system. We need to be able to pull a list of all accounts as we have service/generic accounts for integrations into this report. Does anyone have any recommendations or data models they can share with me as to how I can pull these types of accounts into user role reports?
