Is Traffic Contions available in Here Maps with Enhanced Workbench, (NOT Legacy Workbench)?

This is an example in Legacy Workbenches about Traffic Contions funcionality.

In Enhanced Workbench I do not see the Traffic Contions funcionality.

Other issue related:
I can not see the icons when I select Show traffic incidents like in Legacy.
