Need Guidance on a new feature "VIEW PURCHASE ORDERS AS A REQUESTER USING A DEEP LINK" in Patch23D

The requesters and preparers cannot view PO detail using deep link which is a new feature in Patch23D.

Our Test environment has just been updated with Patch23D.

We are testing this feature "VIEW PURCHASE ORDERS AS A REQUESTER USING A DEEP LINK". The test user who are requesters and preparers have been given following privileges as required by the feature

• View Requisition - All (POR_VIEW_REQUISITION_ALL_PRIV)
• View Purchase Order as Procurement Requester (PO_VIEW_PURCHASE_ORDER_AS_PROCUREMENT_REQUESTER_PRIV)

However, the test users cannot view PO detail using a deep link.
