I terminated my OCI always-free Tenancy. Now I want it back, how can I reactivate?

Summary:

Basically what the title says. I had a OCI always free free tier Tenancy on witch I experimented mounting some ubuntu servers. Then I terminated the Tenancy thinking that I could easily activate it again when needed. Now I am in need of a dev test environment again. How could I go over reactivating my Tenancy?
