Can Fusion expenses mobile app be configured to use microsoft authenticator for SSO?

Summary: We have an organisational standard to use Microsoft Authenticator for SSO in mobile device environment. We don't want users entering credentials directly into 3rd party apps. Is there documentation to described how we can configure the Fusion mobile expenses app to authenticate using MS Authenticator? It has been indicated by our aligned Oracle consultants that this is possible, however I cannot find anything that definitively describes it.
