Summary:

We have configured our CSP to initiate Background check to Sterling on Offer extended phase/State.

But instead of taking the recruiters details in the request, it shows the request was initiated by System, which results in error since sterling is expecting the recruiter details (first name, last name and email address).

Also, if we manually Initiate the request by clicking the (...) Background checks page it shows the requester name and sterling is able to receive the recruiter details too. But we don't want to manually trigger this request every time.

I found an oracle document (Doc ID 2693241.1) for this error, which didn't help.
