Add new input value to existing element

edited Nov 13, 2023 9:40AM in Payroll and Global Payroll Interface (GPI) 3 comments

Summary:

Hello - we would like to start tracking a new field on existing elements. We are unable to add an input value and are receiving the following error as well as other:

An input value can not be added to this element because element entries exist or run results exist (PAY-1635527).

Is there any way to load the new input value and bypass the errors? We don't care that the values are not there for previous elements, we just want them visible going forward and would really prefer not having to create all new elements.
