9.STATUS (SUBMITED , MANAGER APPROVED, AUDITOR APPROVED, PAID OR REJECTED)

Is there any "Seeded Report or Analysis" to view these details from BIP or Could you please help us the "TABLE" names from where we can fetch these details as we were not able to see all the above fields from both Application as well as Backend Tables.
