We use smart forms to create certain types of requisitions. When trying to create a requisition, the supplier site which has been put on Hold still comes up in the search and also allows the requester to submit the requisition. It is only during the submission of the PO, system throws an error that the supplier site is on Hold. Then our buyer needs to send it back to the requester to update the correct supplier site. The requester would never know that the supplier site is on Hold until the buyer tells them. This increases the lead time of
