What should be the size of background image URL in journeys

Hi Team,

I am trying to put a background image url for journeys in Checklist Template-->Message> Background Image URL.

My customer has given a URL which doesn't display any background image, white background appears. The link of the image is in png and size is 1024*205.

Not sure why this is happening. If download the image , the size is in kbs ; not big image. Can anyone please let me know the issue here.

It will be a big help, much much appreciated.
