Error from "create an invoice" REST API call -- "DEPARTMENT is a required field."

Summary:

I'm going to test the "create an invoice" REST API. Firstly I would like to create an invoice without a PO.

Error code is returned with "DEPARTMENT is a required field", but I can't find any "department" or similar field in invoice header or line API spec.

It's appreciated if someone could let me know what field is missing implied by this error message?
