Weightage should not get added while loading the goals through HDL

Hi Team,

Scenario 1 : If an Employee A has 70 % goals in his goal plan in the UI and if HR tries to load goal for the same employee with 100 % means will it add and makeup to 170% ? (Requirement is : It should not happen like this. It should get validated and restricts.)

Scenario 2 : If an Employee A has some goals in his goal plan, then if a HR tries to load the goals with the same name. Will it get loaded? (Requirement is : Duplicate goals should not get loaded.)

Whether the above two scenario's are feasible? Please let me know.

Is there any sample DAT file for the above scenarios?
