Mandatory additional info for Agencies

Hello all,

Wondering how we can make it mandatory for agencies to upload candidates only with mandatory required info.

In the current process, agencies are still able to upload candidates without additional info. We need to set up this to be mandatory because the missing info delays the process for recruitment team and managers.
