Product Notice: LinkedIn Campaign Manager App re-authentication [Nov 2023]
Please be advise that we have been alerted by LinkedIn that Eloqua customers using LinkedIn Campaign Manager app may need to re-authenticate to avoid disruption.
Overview
LinkedIn has recently started to ramp two-step verification to some mutual customers of Oracle Eloqua and LinkedIn, which require customers to modify member settings in LinkedIn. As a result of this change, customers who have enabled LinkedIn’s two-step verification feature, will need to re-authenticate there LinkedIn credentials in Eloqua’s LinkedIn Campaign Manager app to continue to access Linkedin Campaign Manager Matched Audience and Lead Gen Form integrations.
