ILT Prereq Limitations Workaround

Summary:

Does anyone have any good workarounds for the severe limitation of the Taleo ILT prerequisites? We are rolling out a 20-session ILT learning plan, and most of the training builds upon the previous sessions.

We also want users to be able to register for scheduled sessions through June, and they won't have actually attended the prereqs yet.

I have rigged up an Access database to identify people not registered for prereqs, but emailing them is a very manual process.
