How to publish Constrained forecast to Supply plan beyond 3 months?

We are generating Constrained forecast in SOP and publishing it to Supply plan as input.

SOP cycle is from Month 3 to Month 12.

We are running SOP plan from Month 1 to Month 12, but SOP cycle or review will happen only from Month 3 to Month12.

Forecast from Month 1 to Month 3 is like frozen. We feed SOP Constrained forecast measure to MPS (Supply plan).

While publishing the Constrained forecast we want to publish forecast only from Month 3 onwards till Month 12.

SOP plan is attached as MDS to Supply plan.

We don't want to publish the forecast from M1 to M3.

Can you please advise how to achieve this?
