How to correct resume parsing feature bringing in incorrect details

Hello,

Denise Chaparro used resume parsing when entering in her employment details into Oracle recruiting application. The attached screenshot show the details from her email and social media details are showing in her name under our helpdesk primary contact field. Has this been seen before, and is there a resolution to edit that field or delete the incorrect information?
