Summary:

Client has requirement for 'custom' email user to be used, so assignment notifications, reminders and Offering changes are not treated as spam mail. In BPM Worklist the Email "From:" Display Name has been changed and is preferred this is used, rather than environment string.

At the time, also found learners were getting 2 emails due to MAIL and WORKLIST both setup and coming from evmb-test and one from client @oracle.com.

Oracle advised the sender email ID in the UMS drivers for the Fusion Apps domain needed to be changed, and this had to happen after every Quarterly upgrade or environment clone. This had happened after 22B and 22C and was new SR for 23D change in play.
