Today we triggered offboarding journey when termination transaction is committed. Even though we have the policy that termination transaction should be submitted one month in advance, but sometimes termination transaction was submitted the way too early.

For this scenario, the termination journey will be triggered immediately when termination record has been committed, but most of the tasks won't be valid until one month before termination. How to let task assignee know the tasks are due by the last working day? Is there any way to delay the task until 30 days before last working day?
