Manager Notification when generating compensation statements

Hello experts,

we noticed that by standard we cannot notify managers when compensation change statements are generated by batch process and when visibility is set to managers and administrators. We are thinking to create custom notification on it. However, when launching batch process the table fa_fusion_soainfra.wftask only is populated when we add workers in visibility field, but in the first time we have to just select administrators and managers.

How can we manage it by custom notification?
